Announcements

  • The first class is on August 27.
  • First homework assignment is posted - due date is September 5.
  • I have posted four videos on complex numbers on Blackboard. Work through them before the first class; they will be helpful for the homework assignment. This is your opportunity to brush up on complex numbers.
  • You find notes from class and lecture slides in the Class Notes section.
  • Final Exam is on December 17 from 10:30am to 1:15pm. The exam is closed-book, closed notes. You may bring:
    • a single, two-sided, letter-sized sheet of notes,
    • a simple calculator; the calculator must not be able to plot or do complex arithmetic,
    • Practice Problems: Here is a list of problems that you can work in preparation for the exam. All problems are found in the "Homework" section of the DSP First website. All problems come with solutions so that you can check your work. These problems cover all essential topics that we covered in class.
